Combining baseitems for tsl

Im trying to make a wrist launcher that also has the droid flamethrower attack and a stealth field generator effect. Can i make this work just by doing some 2da editing or do i have to do some scripting?

Just so we're all clear you want one item that

1 launches rockets

2 acts as a flame thrower

3 acts as cloak

 

I think I can put together two if the three easily enough without needing to do much to alter the Baseline. But all three is iffy. I'll see what I can do and get back to you.

well if you can do the wrist launcher and flame thrower that would be great. once i figure out how to do that, i can do the cloaking device with another item.
