KotOR 2's Pazaak rules to KotOR

I don't know you guys, but the fact that in KotOR the Pazaak minigame is always making the player start (thus giving a significant and unfair handicap) pisses me off.

 

Is there any volunteer willing to implement into KotOR the updated rules Pazaak that were later introduced in the sequel KotOR 2?

 

Or is there such a modification already?

I had really hoped otherwise but I guess that it must be like you say, since nobody has ever done anything about it.

Well, after a few years I am back to play KotOR and Pazaak still annoys me a lot.

 

I could not come up with an ideal solution (player and AI's alternate game start) but I could provide the AI with more reasonable decks to play against thus rebalancing the odds for a less frustrating card gaming experience. I do not consider this cheating. Or at least no more than what other people suggest: "Pazaak is fair, stop whining! Just save before every match and then reload if you don't win."
