KSE Error?

Not really sure if this is where to put this, but considering it's sort of a modding tool, I placed it here. If this is the wrong forum, please feel free to move, lock whatever you wish to do mods. (:

 

Anyway... I recently installed KSE on my computer, because I'm working on a mod and so I went through and changed my character's appearance, name, inventory and such... and I clicked Apply Change (where appropriate) and then Commit Changes when I was done. So then I went to my game (made sure I was loading the correct game save) and when I loaded the game, none of the changes had taken place.
