jorgecuervojr Posted June 17, 2011 Share Posted June 17, 2011 I've been trying to find a mod where you can start out the game at the highest level on everything (security, charisma, char. level, ect.) Im aware that you can fill everything in via EnableCheats=1 but that takes awhile. It seems like it would be a very basic mod.
