Star Wars Battlefront II PC Crashing on Startup

Hi,

 

I have downloaded and installed SW:BII using the instructions and download link shown in

video. I ran the batch file to get all the files, however near the ned it came up with some error about something or other, and asked me if I wanted to fix it in a .zip folder. I said yes and continued, however when I try and run BattlefrontII.exe in the 'GameData' folder, it opens a black fullscreen window which promptly closes about 3 seconds later.

I have tried fixes involving headphones and microphones in the jacks and none of them have worked for me. I am running Windows 7 on a quad-core PC.

 

Can anyone help?
