I don't know about Kotor I but there already exists a bearded version of Canderous' head in TSL. You get to see it through conversation with T3-M4. There are mods that exist that give Mandalore the bearded head, I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to import the bearded head to Kotor I, though, I have no idea as I don't work with that one.
