[Kotor] New Weapon and Feat line

Hello All. I wanted to implement a new weapon line in kotor: a scattergun or shotgun. This would be a shorter range weapon with better damage. I can play with the details in the Kotor Tool, but I do not know how to create a new class of weapon or the Proficiency>focus>specialization feats to match. Can anyone do this? I would Model the scattergun after the disruptor rifle (ex: g_w_dsrptrfl001).
