Lightsaber Proficiency From The Start

I have downloaded this mod, but unfortunately the author left it up to the player to use KSE to give the PC the Lightsaber Proficiency feat prior to the scene if you want it to play out correctly. I haven't used KSE in years and am only just now getting back into modding. Is there a mod out there that gives you this feat from the start, and if not, can one be made for me?

 

I only want the ability to use lightsabers, not Force powers or anything else.
