Dam1o1 Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 I managed to buy kotor of a website and i wanted to go and play. I modded it (dont know if it caused the problem) and when i launched it i got a weird error with random symbols and i dont know what it means. I tried alot of things but nothing worked. I also tried to pin it on the toolbar but nothing can go on there for some odd reason and i dont want to ask for a refund or something because it took forever to download the game and so yeah. i hope it can be fixed.
Rece Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 First off, where'd you buy it from? Also, you shouldn't mod a game before you even start it, as the settings have to kick in the first time you launch it.
Dam1o1 Posted June 21, 2015 Author Posted June 21, 2015 I bought the game from gamestop (not the best prices but better than steam) and i guess you are right about the modding stuff. I will try and reinstall the game, update it and then mod it. Oh and the reason why i didnt get it from steam even though there may have been a good price is because of the fact that i hate steam. I just dont like it for some reason so yeah. Hope its gonna work.
