brief Posted May 7, 2001 Share Posted May 7, 2001 I'm on four different webrings, but I gotta tell you, it all boils down to your own personal preference in this matter. Personally, I almost never use the webring features when I go to a site--I'd much rather search on my own, so I don't really know how effective webrings are (or aren't). Aside from that, I'm also opposed to displaying multiple webring functions on the same page. To me, one is obtrusive enough, I don't need five to ten webring banners on one page, cluttering up the page. So all the webrings that I'm on are quite different in nature, and used only in the sub-section of my site that deals with the appropriate subject.
