The problem is that in the UK, people generally don't have static IP addresses, so Admerals may change. I've banned both his e-mail and Ip, but i didn't want to ban his IP, in case alot of other people were on it. I won't ban you Thomas, because i can't be positive that it was you, but if it was, using a different account, just to act like a fool sucks pretty bad.
