jediofhteforce
Yes everyone, C shutt obviously has a very careful screening process where he judges the film before even seeing it. You are some of the first non star wars fans on this forum as SlowbieOne said, and sure people who arent star wars fans can play the games, but they have know right to exclaim that George Lucas comes up with crap, where the real truth is you C Shutt or anyone else on this forum doesnt have half, the talent, imagination, and skill that George Lucas has, star wars fans around the world think that George Lucas is a great person, because he created star wars. Darth Simpson
You don't have to be a Star Wars fan to come here. He has an opinion, and I think you should respect it. He has just the same right to be here as you do, and to express his feelings about Star Wars, as long as he doesn't go overboard...
jediofhteforce
He is judging something that hhe hasnet seen, and immediatly judged it as "crap" therefore saying that over 20 years of creating star wars the man who did it all is "crap", well ladys and gentlemen i think that some star wars "fans", not people who have played on jk and liked it, may have a large disagreement with that. StormHammer
I feel a disturbance in the Force... Everyone on this forum has the right to express their opinions, as long as it does not result in 'bad vibes'. No one says that you have to be a Star Wars fan to post here...just a fan of Jedi Outcast, and maybe it's prequels. What you should try to do when posting is show some respect for other people's opinions. Feel free to debate the issues at hand, by all means, but try to accept the fact that people have differing opinions, come from different backgrounds, and even have different brands of humour. Most of all, let's not forget that we're all here to have fun. So please just agree to disagree, and remain...
Guest C Shutt
Originally posted by jedi of the force: I completely agree with Slowbieone, if your not a star wars fan then what the hell are you doing in a star wars forum, which is made from a star wars website. If your not a star wars fan then dont have an opinion on something which you dont know about. And what exactly is it that I don't know about? I've been saying that The Phsntom Menace is a terrible film, is that what you're talking about? Because contrary to what you've been saying, I actually have seen it. More than once, as well. What else do I have to do before I'm allowed to say whether I think it's a good film or not? Unless you're talking about Attack of the Clones, of course. In which case you're right about one thing, I haven't seen it. But then neither have you, but nobody is trying to stop you saying how great you think it will be. And I don't remember actually saying that the movie will suck, just that some of the dialogue heard in the trailer struck me as being fairly hokey and poorly-written. You might also want to rethink this notion that my not considering my self a "Star Wars fan" means that I hate Star Wars. Because I don't, I actually quite like it. The Empire Strikes Back is one of my ten favourite films ever. I just don't feel the need to praise a bad movie just because I liked another film in the series. Dude, if you disagree with someone's criticism of something you like, then of course you should challenge it, that's what these forums are for. But don't act outraged that they dared to criticize at all, it just makes your own position look weak.
