Uh oh, you've done it again, we might have to start a poll to see if people know what the word schizm means.

 

(Heh, last year, we had a large conversation in my English class on how to pronounce the word schizm, the results were hilarious.)

(Topical) One of the more quaint examples recently is "Friendly Fire".

 

It's a charming way of say: "Mrs. Jones ....your son was shot by his own Sergeant....sorry about that"

 

Over 50% of U.S. casualties in this conflict is due to "friendly fire". Hey ... "casual" that's another euphemism. With friends like these...
