Make an AI that is as good as a excellent GB player. Make an AI that sometimes rushes sometimes does drop-n-spank strategy sometimes builds up a huge army, sometimes does "commando" raids with Jedi/Sith, sometimes is defensive, sometimes does repeated raids with small amounts of troopers, sometimes... Well you get the idea...

And I tried to write the Lucas Arts company store but they just said "I'm sorry you don't like this game" which is not true! I just want some better AI.

Guest IdLe_WorkeR Posted December 13, 2001 Posted December 13, 2001 most of what you want to accomplish is embedded in the C or C++ code (whatever the game is written in) that was purchased from Ensemble Studios. AI scipts can be written that cause the computer player to rush, or hold back and boom, or build air transports (not sure about using them!), but dumb ass stuff like building walls and then the woodies chop holes in them... that's in the C code. lord_adelgard Posted December 13, 2001 Posted December 13, 2001 If I were you I would go to the AOK or AOE forums and ask some players here where I could find good scripts for AOK. I'm almost sure that there shouldn't be a big difference with those for SWGB. And after all,Idle is right just look at a script and try to understand how it works to make one by yourself ! By the way I think it would be a good idea to post scripts here. Good luck
