Compa_Mighty
Is it open to everyone or only UK residents?
Guest DarthMaulUK
Currently, the competition is only open to UK residents, although applications are being accepted from across the world. The only problem is that one of the prizes (PC Gamer subscription) is only open to UK residents, but you can still win the major prize. I have sent an e-mail to Activision (UK Lucasarts Publishers) about this. So - keep those entries coming and there have been lots!!! I just find it difficult to get time to test them all! Guest Kudar
Why do you need to test them? If it's a competition then surely everyone enters is doing just that - entering the competition, why do they need screened beforehand? It doesn't say anywhere in the pc gamer conditions of the competition that your site is responsible for testing beforehand! Those terms and conditions should also be displayed on the site too. PRIZE: One exclusive 110*85cm Framed screen art, signed by all the Lucas arts Development team 1. Activision, inc. will be the judges and their decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. 2. Prizes are those specifically stated above - no extras will be paid or given and are strictly subject to availability. Activision, inc Limited reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value. There are no cash alternatives to the prizes. Prizes are non-transferable. 3. The closing date for all entries will be 15th of February 2002 4. Winners will be notified by e-mail within 7 days of the closing date of 15th of February 2002 5. Winners may be required to participate in publicity. 6. This competition is open to UK residents, excluding employees and their families of Activision, inc, their agents or any other person connected to this competition and/or prizes. 7. Proof of e-mailing is not proof of delivery. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed or not received by the closing date. 8. The instructions given above form part of the rules of the competition and entry implies acceptance of these rules as final and binding. 9. Guest DarthMaulUK
Galacticbattles.co.uk has nothing to do with me. I test out scenarios for bugs and if it has a virus. Plus any of those not in the competition that are really good are being put onto the PC Gamer cover CD as exclusive scenarios and not on my website yet. Answer your question?
