The Seeker Posted December 20, 2001 Posted December 20, 2001 I'm looking for a racing game that is off road. I don't have one in mind specifically, but want an off-road racing game, preferably for $20 or less. It doesn't have to be super new, with the best graphics or anything, just an off-road racing game that that has decent graphics and good playability. Actually, it's not even for me entirely, but for my older brother who knows nothing about games, so is pretty easy to please. So, something with tough vehicles - Jeeps, Hummers, etc. - to race would be more than enough. Oh, and nothing with an "M" rating. Any suggestions?
digl Posted December 20, 2001 Posted December 20, 2001 Ironman? anyone rememberes that game? I had lots of fun playing it many years ago As you advanced you had to play everytime longer to get a new track then play it backwards.... That game is abandonware probably by now
The Seeker Posted December 21, 2001 Author Posted December 21, 2001 Ummmmm, a little too not "super graphics or anything" What I mean is a bit too pre-historic. Anything else....please?
Darth Simpson Posted December 21, 2001 Posted December 21, 2001 Colin McRae Rally is still good. Or how about Monstertruck Madness....
The Seeker Posted December 22, 2001 Author Posted December 22, 2001 I found the game "Test Drive OFF-ROAD 3" for PC for $10 at amazon.com. Is that one any good? I have the game Test Drive 5, and really like it, so is Off-Road 3 a good one or not?
digl Posted December 22, 2001 Posted December 22, 2001 mmm Im not sure I remember test drive 2, Its a really really old game
The Seeker Posted December 26, 2001 Author Posted December 26, 2001 I found and got "Test Drive Off Road 2" at Software etc. for $7.00 The graphics are a bit awful, but it's challenging, and my brother enjoys it, so thanks anyway for the suggestions.
digl Posted December 26, 2001 Posted December 26, 2001 who cares about the graphics, If he enjoys It, thats what counts
