ED Posted December 30, 2001 Posted December 30, 2001 I really liked Pullman's 'His Dark Materials' Trilogy. It was such a great set of books
Prinity Posted December 30, 2001 Posted December 30, 2001 I've read every single Discworld book ever made up to Thief of Time - I heard about him one day and the next time we went shopping I got every book I could find and ordered the rest online. Kinda hasty for an author I didn't even know I'd like, but I had faith. Also for Phillip Pullman I've read the His Dark Materials trilogy and the Sally Lockhart trilogy/quartet and a few other books of his as well. And I agree, he is the best writer in the world.
Deepthought2k Posted December 30, 2001 Posted December 30, 2001 Trapezoid I've read: The Color of Magic The Light Fantastic Mort Sourcery Guards! Guards! Men at Arms Soul Music: Interesting Times Feet of Clay Hogfather Jingo The Last Continent The Truth And I only started reading Pratchett one year ago. You need to read 'Reaper Man'. Thats the best one of his I've ever read. The ending is very.... sixth sense esque
Trapezoid Posted December 31, 2001 Author Posted December 31, 2001 I would, but I don't know if it's released in America. Or at least at the Borders I buy my books from. Oh well, I'll look for it.

Oh well, I'll look for it. Everything I couldn't buy in America I bought from bol.com, so half my books have minimal illustrations and half of them look like somebody tried to squeeze the entire book onto the cover.
