I didn't see it yesterday when I was at wal-mart (where i bought my copy) but that could be either because it was sold out or it had so little sales they put it behind other games.

Either is possible, but whether it's on the shelves of a store like Wal-Mart, in particular on the day you happen to look for it, is really anecdotal evidence. Hard sales figures are what matter, not the particulars of what is going on in one store.
