Kurgan
Boys boys.. simmer down, or I'll make you sit on the thinking stool in the corner. Tsk tsk... As to cheat codes... ask yourself.. did Quake3 have them? Did Elite Force? If the answer is yes, then I'd put my money on cheat codes appearing in this game as well. They probably won't be released by LEC/Raven right away, but you can be sure they will be there. Cheat codes are put into games to help testers, and left in most of the time because people seem to like messing around with them in single player. Pipe Smoke
Speaking of cheat codes and speaking of Star Trek: Voyager Elite Force... does anyone know if in Elite Force there is a way to make that automatic end mission thing not happen? where if you kill team mates you go down on your knees and die of shame or some nonsense? I greatly enjoy blasting everyone on the deck, and really any crew members I find anywhere... it is a heck of a lot of fun, but how can I do it at my leisure with that impending shame death coming always? Anyone? Maybe there is a setting to say how long it takes for that to happen?
Kurgan
Now there's a good question... it is pretty silly that they don't let you kill everyone on board Voyager, if you are good enough to overpower them! After a certain amount of time after killing some good guys you automatically die and then they show you that cutscene of you in the brig and a random person coming up to you and saying something. Why can't it just be like Shogo? Make it impossible to win the mission, but if you're good enough, you can kill every good guy in the level. I hope JK2 takes the Shogo (or TPM) approach and not the EF one. As far as a cheat code to disable this, I have no idea. I only played through EF once, and that bugged me that I couldn't do that. Pipe Smoke
I bought Voyager out of curiousity and respect for Raven... I am no star trek fan in fact I think it's kinda lame so, I really really enjoy blasting the captain and everyone else on the bridge, and it's all I can do to take them all out before the shame death comes... So, no time to gloat over the kills! c'mon!
Jedi Bib
Almost all Raven games have them, almost all LEC games have them. All Dark Forces games have them.
