DarthTenor
He he kidding aside. I can't aimagine a better quality game this. It is just a blast to play. I like the fact that most maps are unique inthat some don't have berries and some don't have nerfs. Really makes you think of how you would go about getting food. ASAP. I am enjoying the campaigns immensely. Surprising I'm having trouble against the CPU in the campaigns. I think it was the second OOM-9 campaign that really got me. I did the first objective. Then they told me to destroy the main command center. So I got massed troopers, anti-air troopers and mechs, pummels and what not; headied over the base made an attempt at destroying towers when all of a sudden there were bunch of naboo air ripping me apart.Even with anti-air troopers upgraded. While fighting them I did not think that they would get near my base, there was an assault on my resources. Gotta hand to the scenario design team. Whoever programed the AI scripts did a nice job. I hope that could be available in the skirmish mode where they attack resource nodes.
Guest dlayers
Yeah, the Prima Strategy guide had an interview with the developers and they mentioned that the aa troopers where scaled back from the demo.
Clefo
Yeah I also think they balanced the Civs really well.. AT-AT's aren't the ultra-powerful never-be-destroyed juggernauts that everyone wanted them to be. Nope a Few Snowspeeders and yer toast..

I had about 6 ATATs, 7 ATPTs, and 2 ATSTs, and i leveled an entire TF base, 2 fortresses and all of the buildings. ATATs are still very mighty in battle, and i'm really starting to like the Empire. Lord JayVizIon
i hear you tenor, i got nailed in the 2nd TF scenario when i didn't expect all those naboo fighters/bombers to attack me like that. maybe i'll scale down the difficulty level somewhat. DarthTenor
Yeah jay took me by surprise. The difficulty was set to moderate. I guess I got to fresshen up my skills. But on a side note the civs look verywell balanced. I've read however when PRIMA was writing the strategy guide that the wookies where the prodomaminate civ. "At this point, the wookies have emerged as one of the most dominat civilixations in multiplayer games. LucasArts' top competitors awear by them." they aslo said that the were other civs dominat at certain times.. rebels, naboo gungans. Anyway hope it's true. Gosh I get the game and now I wont be able to play. Be gone all weekend.
