_HaZeKniGhT
When I first got SWGB I immediately began to read the book to discover what all the types of Techs mean and what they can do to help my preformance. Well, I began to notice some typos located in the book. Here they are: SPACEPORT TECHNOLOGIES: Holonet Transceiver: the picture next to the tech name has the wrong picture. Instead it has a picture of the cloning tech that is upgraded at the Animal Nursery. RESOURCE TECHNOLOGIES: Cloning: It has a picture of the Irrigation tech. Irrigation: It has a picture of the Harvesting Program tech. Harvesting Program: It has a picuture of the Irrigation tech. Advanced Harvesting Program: I'm not quite sure what that is a picture of, but I think that it may be a picture of the Holonet Transceiver tech. Stimulants: It has a picture of the Genetics tech. Genetics: It has a picture of the Cloning tech. I can't quite believe how LA and the editors could these things slip by even though it doesn't really matter. So, if you know of any more typos, please post them. _HaZe
Compa_Mighty
Yep, there are quite a lot of typos, but they don't affect the game, so, I don'rt really care about it.

Chessack
They really don't seem to have spent all that much time/effort/Quality control on the manual, sad to say. Basically, the manual says, early on, "If you know how to play AoK, there are these differences, and that's all you need to know." Which makes it easy to learn for people who've played AoK, but not so much for people who haven't. Notice how much thicker the AoK manual is than the GB one? It's much more thorough. They'd have done better to follow this model. However, as a long time AoK player, I admit that I did little more than skim the manual, at first. Read it more thoroughly later on, for some entertainment.
Compa_Mighty
I agree, it could have been a better manual.
fido4fox
Well the typos are the least of the games problems as we know. I was just glad to have an RTS star wars game out that was of some sort of quality, despite the set backs people point out. I will say that typos were confusing at first as I read the book on the way home from the store. There is also very little documnetation on the level editor which was very frustrating to me when I tried to develop new levels! Fido
