You got it off the Lucasforums site, meaning you are borrowing it from them. If you want to have an avatar that nobody else can use, I suggest making your own. I got the image off the box art for Jedi Starfighter and then cropped and resized it. I have made avatars from scratch before, maybe i'll use one of them now....
