Doppler Posted March 29, 2002 Share Posted March 29, 2002 I am guessing you have fixed it by now... but it appears that when JO crashes to desktop, you are stuck with its gamma settings even on desktop. I get the same thing. I either just reset, or goto Screen Properties and to my color adjustment panel. Sleestak Posted March 29, 2002 Share Posted March 29, 2002 This happens to me as well. Actually, when it sends me to the desktop it also hides my wallpaper. I use Powerstrip and it makes it very easy to correct the brightness issue without having to hunt through the Display Properties and mess with sliders.
