Guest Darth_Skywalker Posted November 18, 2001 Share Posted November 18, 2001 Well I am gonna post a review of the gane really fast...I love writing reviews Star Wars Galactic BattleGrounds- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Star Wars is a very familiar series, with a wonderful reputation...in the movie theaters...but not exactly with games, Not to many of the Star Wars games are really all that good...Until now...Why is it so good? Well Ill tell you why...This game runs off of the Age of Empire Engine (Im sure you all know this) and its just one heck of a game! You can be the Trade Federation to Wookies and Everything In-between! My two personal favorite groups are the Trade Federation and the Galactic Empire. Here are a little about each group.... Trade Federation- Well one of the mose outstanding features of the Trade Federation is that they reqire no Shelters! That means no more messages saying "Need more Prerab shelters to continue production"! It is so so so good not to have to build these things...I am not quite sure what there weakness really is but I sure do love this group! Also I like thier MT MT's Galactic Empire- Well I am not to sure why I like this group, possibly because I like Darth Vader and ecil more than all of those goodie toshoes rebels...But I LOVE thier :atat: They kick ace!They are very stroong and although they have thier equivlents on other groups you cant beat the classic looks of an AT AT! The Missions- The missions are a little wierd...I do not play them as much as I do Death Matches I love doing those, but the missions are based on the moveis pretty much. Like one of them you have to take a Nemodian Technician to get a droid code from the research center of the enemyand things like that are new, but some of them have a little to do with the classic Star Wars Trilogy. Well this isnt a very long review but I would give this game a definate 8 out of 10 in my book its not perfect but it sure beats AoE In my opinion!
