ntdll.dll and in-game crashes

Is anyone having frequent in-game crashes from jkii with the error report mentioning ntdll.dll as the evil perpetrator of the offense?

 

System Summary

AMD Athlon XP 2000+ CPU

512M Corsair PC2700 DDR SDRAM (2 x 256M)

ABIT KR7A-RAID Motherboard (BIOS version 6N)

Leadtek WinFast GeForce3 TDH Video Card (Detonator 28.32)

Kingston KNE-100TX (Intel 21143) Network Card

Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy Platinum eX (latest drivers)

 

Windows XP Professional (all patches and updates installed)

 

For what it's worth, I run countless other game programs without any incident whatsoever, including Q3A, Counter Strike, Dark Age of Camelot, Tribes2 and Max Payne. The problem crops up without rhyme or reason. Sometimes it will crash in a cut-scene, while other times it will happen while I'm playing singles player or multiplayer, but there's no pattern that I can see. Thanks much, in advance, for your ideas and guidance on this matter.
