sbarrier
Just wanted to let eveyone know that Ubid.com has several batches of Visiontek GeForce3 TI 200 on sale. The Visiontek 6564 (TI 200) and 6964 (TI 500) both have a $30.00 mail in rebate. I was able to get one for $117 + $10.98 s/h (yes, I know that is ridiculous) - $30 rebate = $97.98. Don't work for or own stock in ubid. Just thought that others might need to do some upgrading to be able to run JO smoothly. HTH, Shon

Smitty
How well would those cards work with a p3 500? Do they really need a faster CPU to get the most benefit? Thanks
BrainStorm
Qui-GONE Jinn, I don't have anything special. Abit KT7a MB Tbird 1ghz 266fsb 256 (soon to be 384) MB ram DMA 100 HD Win2K Smitty, you should be able to use the card just fine but you will prolly have to lower the graphics a bit. A faster processor would be a good idea.
Smitty
I know that ultimately a faster processor would be cool. However, JK2 is working pretty good for me now, which surprises me. I have only gotten to the 2nd level but FPS has been acceptable. Played MP a bunch and only really have problem if in a game with more than 16 players. Specs are: p3 500 384 mb memory (Dont laugh!) Riva TNT 16MB Windows XP Cable 1.5mb Would spend the $120 for a new graphics card if it made a significant difference. Don't plan on upgrading CPU until next year when the 4ghz are out.
