How do you disable the Ion Canons?

I'm on the topside level and I am at the part where you have to disable the ion canons. I went into the room with all the AT-STs parked and got the key from the guy but now I am stuck, what do I do next?

(I've gone past that bit myself...but I can't remember how I did it. Doh. )

On the bottom floor of that "parking-lot" with the ATSTs is a door leading through to another room which in turn leads to the shield generator for the Cannons. Once you've switched them off you need to go back up top and blow the Cannons up by simply attacking them. I used those guns with the seats to do it.

I did that, then the ship comes to pick up the prisoners. Jan says she'll pick me up in the canyon, but I'm still down there waiting!

Did I miss something?

Go into the room with the parked ATST's. GO to teh top level. Round from where you entered a few stormies arrive with shouts of "let's see some ID" or something equally improbable. Go through the door. Out into the area passed this. Its round here that Desaan will whup you're ass and you start your exciting journey to becoming a fully thingmied Jedi again.
