leelink Posted April 3, 2002 Share Posted April 3, 2002 People these aren't warez issues. People like me with ligitimate copies (I purchased 3 cd's) are having this problem also. I have heard that the linksys router might be the issue, but I have not confirmed this. I dont have this problem with any other quake3 engine game though. It is only Jedi knight. I am hoping we will see something at least stating the problem is being fixed. I would hate to call tech support and tie up thier lines while goober tries to have me ctrl alt del everything and run scandisk. who hires these techs anyway. I worked as a tech for 2 years and I never told anyone to scandisk to fix a problem, but we had plenty of dumb techs that though that was the solution to everything. monitor not working.... run scandisk. computer doesnt post... run scandisk what?... your speakers arent working... run scandisk, defrag and then shut your pc off for 30 seconds and reboot.
