NPC Spawn works on CTF Maps!

Create a Server, select a CTF Map, or the maps like BGJ 2.0, type mapname for the name of the map, then type devmap "name of map" wait for it to reload, then type in the npc console command, npc spawn "name of npc". I found that it works for me, so try it for me.

First off, does it spawn it on client PCs as well? Also, doing the devmap enables cheats, so someone can use /god and like, own the whole game..
