Exactly what does "devmapall" do?

i have never had to use it for any console commands...im beginning to think we dont need it at all.

 

 

helpusobi 1 works for me.

 

so what is it actually used for and exactly what does it do.

devmapall enables cheats in multiplayer

 

eg devmapall ffa_bespin enables all cheats in Free-For-All Bespin level

Dev = developer (mode).

Map = obvious..

all = all maps

 

this is for MULTIPLAYER AND SINGLEPLAYER.

for some reason my game says it cannot find folder \maps .bsp.

 

What is up with THAT?

 

And helpusobi 1 will NOT work in Multiplayer, the command is not recognized.

That's odd since when I typed in devmapall ffa_bespin last night, cheats, surprisingly were enabled.

well, i dont know about MP...

 

 

but in SP i can just type... (without cheats)

 

map ffa_bespin

 

 

it loads..

 

then type helpusobi 1

 

got cheats

 

 

and do whateva i want... so im really no closer to finding an answer

I believe you can simply type devmap ffa_bespin and load the map w/ cheats enabled.
