All levels of the array are accessable, there is an elevator near the control room that takes you to the maintainance area. Annoying maintainance guys are there, so be careful. You have the code already, you have to find the right cubicle that has the letter you want to enter. First floor is red, with blue i believe below that, and green on the bottom...i think.
