Run up walls

I'm not sure if this has been posted before but here goes:

 

Stand on something higher than the ground (stack of boxes)

 

Face a flat wall

 

Walk off of what you're standing on towards the wall

 

Keep holding forward into the wall until you hit the wall and then press jump

 

Kyle runs up the wall for a second and then backflips in place

 

I haven't found a use for this so far, but this is not the same move as the MP wall backflip

 

This is also a Single Player move only

 

Btw this move is done in midair before Kyle touches the ground

I can also run sideways on the walls for about 3-5 steps. It looks really cool and allows you to run over crates that are too close to the wall. It is tricky to get it to happen.

Its not complicated. All you really have to do is be moving to to right or left, +pluse forward, then jump right once you get to the wall.

It is a totally different move than the 'matrix' wall run, the wall backflip and the wall sideflip.

 

Actually it's more like when Neo runs up the post when fighting Morpheus in the dojo. The only difference is that when you do this move you are already in the air and you don't start from the ground.

 

AND you don't jump first

I will be the one to thank you for the hint! No I didn't know that but I have wondered how did that in the heat of battle when I'd go accross a wall like spider man... Now I know!!!

FYI, its a multiplayer move too, and it can be done from flat surfaces.

fyi it isn't a multiplayer move. It's single player only and I'm about to post some screenies to show the move being done on the Ladder level.

Okay just get on a platform in the Ladder level (single player mod)

 

 

Now WALK off the platform towards the wall

 

 

Now keep pressing towards the wall and right when you hit it (still in the air, not on the ground) hit the jump key. Kyle will start to do a backflip/run off the wall.

 

 

 

And then completely flip over

 

 

And THEN land on the ground.

If it's not in MP, then what does Kyle do at the end of the demo in MP? Just wondering if you have to use a different technique in MP...
