If you have a worker, and you're in tech level 2 or above, you should be able to see yourself, by clicking the worker, clicking the military buildings button, and if the temple is there, then you can build it

no you can't too powerful maybe thats why they give you Qui-Gon which is pointless because once I used Qui Gon as a unit and every enemy unit shot him

i built the fort thing and he said he could now come fight and he didnt come, i looked around and found his transport, what did i do, or didnt do

maybe it is a bug or maybe he is already at your base check near your command center

Hint: Qui-Gon should be in your base. Look for a human character; that will surely be him.
