I've taken for instance the MP config file, copied it and tried binding my own commands etc., then repackaging it, etc. as a pk3 file. In the game, when I go to MODS, I only see "RECYCLED". What's going on? The MP ans SP config files as us not to modifdy them, so I made my own, but the game won't recognize them!!! Nor any other pk3 file/mod. What happened? Oh and btw, the game won't remember ANY of my settings (Only "Video", but NO OTHERS). I hate having to go into the game and upping the gamma etc. Home come no one has written a guide to cfg editing?
