Right when the garbage container stops look to your right and force push the stop light to green.. the garbage container stops again.. so repeat on the next stop light, force push that also. Then the container takes you to the next level. By the way the second vent, the one that is proped open, is a secret. Use force jump and crouch soon after takeoff then push forward. This only works if you are lined up near the center of the blue rails on the garbage collector. I thought that was the most diffucult secret to get to in the entire game.
