MatrixCPA Posted April 15, 2002 Share Posted April 15, 2002 Well, what you've got there is a nice chunk of your console. I'm guessing you are using a windows box. Given that is true and that you don't know what your server.cfg (or similar file) is nor what a command line/batch file is, that would mean you aren't using any of those things. Generally if you have them, you know what they are. So, chances are you're going to need to setup those things. Can you describe the basic folder structure you have the server and game files in? Is the dedicated server binary in the same folder as the client application? Do you use a shortcut to start the dedicated server or just double click the binary? What type of connection do you have to the net? Do you have a firewall/router? I'm sorry for all the questions, but it's going to take a while to help you given your limited experience.
