Disco Joe Posted April 17, 2002 Posted April 17, 2002 How can I turn off the rain on Yavin? It's eating up my video card and I want it off. Is there some way to do it in the config file? And how do I make my lightsaber glow like the board intro said?
Mertado Posted April 18, 2002 Posted April 18, 2002 I have a few cvars you can try turning off, but since my SP version quit working (strange isn't it, MP works fine), I can't test these myself. Try: r_showSky r_surfaceWeather r_drawSun r_fastSky Play with those values and let me know if it helps. For the record, I had to knock my resolution down to 800x600 on a very fast system when playing that level. Of course the massive amounts of vegetation and super high texture resolution didn't help either
