getting out of jedi temple?

Ok, So I've just recieved my jedi lightsaber after doing all those "trials" in the jedi temple, but I can't figure out how to get out of the temple. What do I have to do?

 

There are a couple of locked doors, but I'm not sure how to get them to open. I've looked for cracks in the wall, but can't seem to find any either. Help!

To get out of the room containing the lightsaber, there are two doors, one is locked, and the other is the door you entered the area in. Notice the big stone counter-weights...

 

Throw the lightsaber at the ropes that are suspending the rocks...you may have tried this and thought that it didn't work. You've got to get real close to them, and throw the saber right at the ropes. If it doesn't seem to work on one rope, try it on a different rope (even the ones by the door that opens). I'm not sure that there is any particular order that you have to break them.

yeah, its a pain in the ass--but it'll work eventually...grumble grumble
