Unreally_Rasty Posted April 18, 2002 Posted April 18, 2002 ok, i'm a newbie to the editing world but i "thought" that if i took a lightsabre and changed the color to something i liked and packed it in a pk3 file that it would work just like the others but when i tried this is didn't even show up in the game. now my question for you guys is do i hafta make a shader for the lightsabre i want or should i just be able to use on that some body else did?
Unreally_Rasty Posted April 18, 2002 Author Posted April 18, 2002 i did....i think, i'll check....yep sure did....yea i sure did, if i post a pick of the Line.jpg do you thing one of you can make a sabre with these colors its a blue-green sabre...i think its looks pretty tight but thats just me:D
JCronic Posted April 18, 2002 Posted April 18, 2002 When you say it didnt even show up in the game, do you mean the color of your saber didnt show up in the Lightsaber selection screen in MP? There may be a file that you forgot to change. Make sure that when you go to pick your lightsaber you pick the one that you wrote over. If you changed the Blue saber to the one you made, then choose the blue saber in the saber selection screen.
Unreally_Rasty Posted April 19, 2002 Author Posted April 19, 2002 ok this is what i did, i took the Ice Sabre and changed the color. now, my problem is are the only file that i hafta change the Jpgs? or are there some other files that i must change? Like i said i'm a n00b to editing.
