Timeout for 56k?

As you may have read b4, I run my own server and I have 1 last problem to be solved.

So here goes - All clients using a 56k connection all timeout when the map changes. I have set the timeout setting to "220"

Are there any other settings which I could tweak for these poor souls? They're getting pretty desperate

I use sv_timeout 120 and haven't had a user drop in ages--including 56k'ers.
