x8ballx Posted April 23, 2002 Share Posted April 23, 2002 I have a brand new 1.9gighrtz gateway 2000 system with XP PRO..I got the retail version of JK II but i'm not the adminastrator on XP pro.. so i can't install it under the regular c:/program files/lucas arts...it has to be c:/documents and setting/ ect.. everytime i get join a multiplayer game it says's invalid game folder..can anyone tell me the correct path IE "c:/lucas arts/jei knight...ect" that the game and sub directories should be installed...that way i can copy the files over... -25331- Crisis Posted April 23, 2002 Share Posted April 23, 2002 You must have the original un-edited .pk3 files , so basically if you add some mods that need to be placed in assets0.pk3 file you will "corrupt" the file and that gives you the "Invalid Game Folder" error, so copy the original .pk3 file from the cd and replace the one that has been modified... This process will of course uninstall every mod that you have put in the assets0.pk3 file... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
