electro Posted April 27, 2002 Posted April 27, 2002 hi. I just installed JK2 and if i start a game , in multiplayer or in singleplayer. I cant see the models/people or myself. I hate it. There are like textures floating around .... ****ed up! I have tried to install it many times. Before , i ran JK2 cracked version that i got from a buddy. There everything was great. But i wanted the cd version .. So, does anybody know what is wrong ? help!
teleguy Posted April 27, 2002 Posted April 27, 2002 Did you delete or uninstall the cracked version before you installed the retail game ? Uninstall the game and delete all folders that are left over, then reinstall. Maybe the cracked version put some dll's into your sytem directory that are not compatible with JO but I can't think of any way to get them out except formating/deleting and reinstalling your OS .
electro Posted April 28, 2002 Author Posted April 28, 2002 hmm.. I have deleted all the files , i think. I had one folder with Jedi Knight Cracked Version. I just grabbed the whole folder from a friend, and played. So i dont think there are any files anywhere ?
