He can mind trick the other players into not seeing him pick the ball out of the rough/sand bunker and place it next to the pin. Yoda could use the force to flick Tigers ears just as he is about to swing so his ball flies off course - where he cant use yodas mind trick so will need to hit from the rough. Therefore Yoda would win every time at golf.
