I thought I'd share them with you all, as it saves looking through the pak file for what you want all the time. Just use the following links: MODELS EFFECTS There ya go.... For example small fire for a torch would be: key: fxFile value: effects/env/small_fire.efx It should work similar to this for other effects as well.
