JediGhost[SITH]
Since my server never shows up on port 28070, I switched to a randomly thought up port... 28072. I started my server, it was running fine. (This was 3 days ago) I played for about 2 hours. After I left, I came to check the forums. I loaded up the ded window and I noticed there was no activity, but there were 4 people in the game. I went and checked on JK2.. Everyone had 999 ping. So I decided to release and renew my Linksys connection in Winipcfg. I have a Linksys 4-Port. The connection never renewed. If you don't know what that means, it means my Linksys just died. So I reset it and everything got fixed. I restarted my server thinking it was just a 1-time fluke (port 28072) SAME thing happened! Over the past 3 days I have tried everything to fix this. I've used 1.02C, 1.02A, released and renewed out the ass.. But nothing will fix it. Now I have switched ports to 28071.. Hopefully this will fix it. I started my server about 5 weeks ago. For the first 2 (port 28070) it ran perfect. But then I had to switch ports because it wasn't showing up on 28070, and thats when the problems started. So here are the possibilities: #1 Port 28070 is the only stable one. #2 I made a big messup in my Linksys settings #3 Some change I made to my server is causing it #4 The whole world is against me If anyone else has this problem let me know! If you know how to fix it, let me know!

JediGhost[SITH]
I switched to 28071 and instead of forwarding from 28071 to 28071, I made it from 28070 to 28090 in my Linksys Forwarding section.
JediGhost[SITH]
Hmm, I don't want to speak too soon but it appears as though I have fixed the problem this fix was done by either: #1 Change from 28072 to 28071 #2 Forwarding not just the port I use, but 28070 to 28090
