guest Posted May 6, 2002 Share Posted May 6, 2002 does anyone know how to write the config file so that you don't have to type in all the crap it takes to turn dismemberment on? everytime i load my game, i have to do helpusobi 1 g_saberRealisticCombat 1 how can i make the defaults for theses statements always true(1) and never false(0)? thanks... TuSKeN_RaiDeR Posted May 6, 2002 Share Posted May 6, 2002 Open your jk2config.cfg in your gamedata\base directory and then just add these lines in your jk2config.cfg with between each command a sqaure. If you don't know how to get a sqaure just copy one from the rest of the jk2config.cfg there should be enough sqaures there! (sqaure here)seta helpUsObi "1"(sqaure here)seta g_saberrealisticcombat "1"(sqaure here) Notice that there aren't any spaces between the sqaure and the text. only a space between the text and the "number".
