BSP compile can't find system textures Caulk and noshader - map design problems?

My map was compiling fine recently.. then I added just a little bit more, and, as I was concerned about compile times, I used the "make detail" option on a couple of blocks.. now I'm getting errors while compiling where I had none before.

Specifically: it tells me it can't find either the shader or textures for noshader and caulk

When loading my map, the floor and a number of the early textures I created have turned solid white and my room's brightness went from extremely dark, to brighter than high noon.

I've seen something mentioned about a caulking glitch, anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Also I've created a side room in addition to my main room. Unfortunately, after connecting it with a double door chamber, my map crashes SOF2 so badly that my computer resets itself, or needs to be reset to continue :( Compiling a map without the room attached causes no problems. and as far as I can tell there is absoloutely nothing wrong with the room, its just a basic square, no leaks, no gaps.... Any ideas? I may try creating a second "airlock" to seal the room away out of light/sight... I suspect the map is so big that having it on the same plane in the same line of sight, even with the double doors in the way is causing the crashes..

I'm not sure what your problem is, but if your running GTK radiant, it might load the caulk from the "Common" texture folder (Like Quake III), instead of the "system" folder, where JK2's Caulks are
