jedifokker
i was playing jedi knight 2, and someone had a automatic protect script, if i push then the enemy had protecd, on for a sec, en the it turns off.. That is cheating isn't it?
Khaydarin
Nope , it s not cheating ... just read the readme patch . The absorb is now invisible which means that you will no longer be able to see s.O using absorb unless you use force on him ... fitzwilliamd
Quite a few variables involved, but quite simply, if you push and he has force power (depending upon his movement, your position, etc.) he will automatically defend. If you mean he turned absorb on, with the new patch, it is only visible due to an attack. Making a script that would turn on absorb based on another player using push is not possible (it would be too late to defend against the force power that called the routine in the first place). Tarus
Personally I love this addition even though I dont' use absorb. I always thought it was dumb because you would turn absorb on and then everynoe would know not to drain, push, or grip you. Seemed like a waste.
