Jiro Kage Posted May 15, 2002 Share Posted May 15, 2002 Saw and tested whether it was a cheat earlier today on a server. A dude had SOMETHING that turned on absorb instantly. No matter what you used against him, absorb would come on as soon as you casted it. I thought that there would be some sort of lag time, but no matter where you tried to use it from, above, behind, when he was busy, whatever, absorb would come on then turn right off. Im 95% sure it was some sort of script or modified client, but don't know. Anyone else seen this? It was NOT a manual turn on of absorb. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The patched version allows lighties to use Absorb *gasp* in secret! If someone pulls/pushes/grips/lightinings/drains someone with absorb on, you'll know after the fact.
