how do i play single player maps DL'd from the net?

i did all the extracting stuff and put it into data/base, the read-me file says this

 

copy the files in the folder: Gamedata/base then start the "cosole" and typ: "map executor"

 

what does that mean what do i do to play it?

That means you have to press the shift key and the key above tab in game . The console will come down and you have to type map executor. Thats it.
